SACRAMENTS & INCLUSIVE MINISTRY

Grounded in tradition, renewed in the Spirit, open to all.

Roman Catholic Womenpriests walk with people through every chapter of life, offering a sacred space where all are welcomed fully to the table. Whether gathering in living rooms, chapels, or online, our sacramental and pastoral ministries celebrate the presence of the Divine in our everyday world.

Our Sacraments and Ministries

RCWP-USA offers a full range of sacramental celebrations and pastoral ministries, welcoming all people without condition or barrier.

Baptism

Welcoming infants, children, and adults into the family of God through water and the Spirit. We celebrate Baptism as a radical sign of unconditional love, inclusion, and baptismal equality.

Confirmation

Supporting youth and adults in a rite of passage as they encounter turning points in their faith journey, deepening their connection to the Holy Spirit and their commitment to gospel justice in the world.

Eucharist

The center of our community life. At an RCWP-USA table, all are genuinely welcome to receive Communion. No one is turned away, regardless of age, marital status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religious background. Priests are happy to support you or your little ones through first communions.

Anointings and Blessings

Providing spiritual strength, comfort, and healing through the laying on of hands for those facing physical illness,  traumatic events, upcoming surgery, or loss, from birth through the end of life.

Reconciliation
& Pastoral Counseling

Offering a gentle, non-judgmental space for spiritual healing, forgiveness, and personal renewal—restoring peace with oneself, God, and the community.

Weddings

Celebrating love and covenantal commitment for all couples, LGBTQ+ inclusive. Our priests co-create meaningful, holy wedding liturgies that reflect each couple’s unique spiritual path and story.

Holy Orders & Diaconate

Preparing, mentoring, and ordaining qualified women and people of all gender identities called by God to serve as priests and deacons in a renewed, servant-led Church.

Funerals & Celebrations of Life

Accompanying grieving families with compassion, crafting personal memorial services that honor the life, memory, and spiritual journey of loved ones.

Seeking Sacramental Preparation or Services?

Whether you are seeking baptism for a child, planning a wedding, looking for an inclusive communion table, or desiring spiritual direction, our priests are here to accompany you.

Pastoral Care and Community Ministries

Beyond the altar, our ministry walks alongside people in the quiet, significant, and challenging moments of life.

• House & Parish Worshiping Communities
Gathering in neighborhood homes, community chapels, and online spaces to build intimate, supportive faith families centered on scripture and table fellowship.

• Spiritual Direction & Companioning
One-on-one companioning for seekers, believers, and those discerning life calls—helping you listen for God’s presence in your daily life.

• Social Justice & Serving in the Margins
Living faith in action through organizing and activism, street ministry, advocacy, and being present wherever there is need among those living on the margins of society.

Valid Through Apostolic Succession

Today’s Roman Catholic Womenpriests are ordained in apostolic succession. Our lineage traces through Roman Catholic bishops who consecrated four of the earliest womenpriests as bishops, enabling them to continue ordaining other women in apostolic succession. Because the Vatican bishops were validly ordained in the Roman Catholic Church, the sacramental character of our Holy Orders remains intact. We live out our priesthood in apostolic succession while courageously renewing the Church from within.

WHAT DOES MINISTRY LOOK LIKE?

Attending A Service

For many visitors, the experience will feel both familiar and refreshing.

RCWP communities celebrate the Eucharist within the Roman Catholic tradition while embracing shared participation and inclusivity. Together, we proclaim Scripture, offer prayers, and celebrate the Eucharist at the heart of community life.

OUR MINISTRY COMMITS TO :
Inclusive and welcoming language
Active participation from the community
Shared leadership and collaboration
Thoughtful preaching and reflection
A spirit of openness, hospitality, and mutual respect

Some communities celebrate Mass in traditional church settings, while others gather in homes, chapels, retreat centers, or online spaces. Every community reflects the people who gather there.

What unites them is a commitment to sacramental life, Gospel values, and creating a place where all can grow in faith and belonging.
